A. Sales Executives
Job requirements:-
1. Sales of interior furnishing materials, no
experience needed as comprehensive product training
will be provided.
2. Expand and develop new customer base.
3. Establishment of good relations with architects,
developers and main contractor.
4. Ability to manage the whole sales process. From
making contacts, to closing the deal and collection
of payment.
Must possess:-
1. Excellent communication skills, ability to speak
and write in English.
2. Confident, self-motivated and independent.
3. Pleasant looking.
4. Good interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to type and basic computer knowledge.
6. Results driven.
7. HONEST and RESPONSIBLE.

B. Site Supervisor
Job requirements:-
1. Co-ordinate workers movement on site.
2. Assign duties to workers
3. Liase with clients and other contractors on site matters.
4. Any on-site duties as required.
Must possess:-1. At least 2 years' experience in handling construction site supervision / foreman duties.
2. Class 3 license will be an advantage.
3. WSH-trained highly preferred (BCSS or above).
4. Able to communicate with foreign workers (PRC and Indians).
